Awesome facility. Family friendly. Great place for families, of all ages. Nice white sandy beach, lots f wadding room. Great park structures for kids. Some fr little kids and some for big kids. Nice covered picnic area with tables and shade. Washrooms/change rooms are awesome to have at the beach, Recently constructed. Relatively clean. No fee to use these facilities. Place to launch a canoe, kayak or other small craft. You might be able to launch a small boat there. I do not recall there being a concrete ramp for this purpose. Frequent visits from law enforcement authorities to keep the place tiptop. Only drawback is $5USD for Parking, I thought that was a lot of money. Street parking available very near by.

The view of the water is lovely. They have a a small sand Beach, kayak launching, areas to fish and swim, and a lovely playground and picnic area with a large restroom facility. But after last year's flooding they redid the park and made the parking lot much much smaller. One used to be able to drive through and enjoy the sites more. Now you can't. I don't care for that at all. But the park is still very beautiful.

This park has beautiful clear spring water. I have done many scuba courses with American Pro Diving and we have done several scuba trips here. We had a blast and this was a nice and we'll kept park. I believe parking was $2 for 3 hours.

Nice area to stroll around in search of manatee. We did follow one for abit. Although we didn't use the park area, it looked very neat and clean.

There's a rental store about 6 blocks from the lake, they were very nice. The lake has manatees that bum around lazily though not always (depending on the season and temp of the water ). The main draw would be the 3 sisters springs. The water there is spring fed and crystal clear I highly recommend that you see it once. It isn't to die for but it's still quite beautiful.
