Always a pleasure to Eat here. There 10 oz steak is phenomenal and their ribs are awesome just wish they had different appetizers that's why I left off a star can't go wrong at chili's
This particular Chili's could use an update. The bathrooms are dated and the men's room has a urinal that hasn't worked in years. Which causes the whole bathroom to smell very bad. Definitely not appetizing. The floor is worn all the way to the concrete in several places. The food isn't inedible but it's definitely not exciting or really anything special. It would be a fun spot to have a CPL drinks except for the prices. I can easily find somewhere close that won't break the budget (depending on the specials you can go right across the road to Applebee's). But there is potential here; perhaps a change in management would shake everything up and attract employees who truly care about their customers. It was a much better, busier and all around funner time out when it first opened and a few years after. But until the shake up occurs save your money and go elsewhere.
Its ok ...the baked potato soup is different..used to be thicker and creamy..now thin..they seem to be cutting back...also took 45 minutes to get a small thin burger..tasted ok..but l was done with my whole meal before hubby even got his meal..so l ordered dessert so he didn't eat alone...just seems like they could do a little better.

Nice, clean, and pleasant environment. Waitresses are friendly and efficient, and food. Love the grass-fed options. Fries were average (frozen and very commercial looking) but the burgers and toppings were very good. I wish they would include healthier options all around but for a commercial establishment it's better than most.
