This is a terribly run company. Been trying to get owner to my house to check warranty work for 4 weeks now. I also have to keep chasing them down to get an appointment time. First appointment I waited at home for 6 hours before i gave up on them showing that day and still had to call to see when the next appointment would be. I will never use or recommend them to anyone. Boulerice roofing is the way to go, Trust worthy and work from Boulerice.
Good metal roof at a fair price. BUT take away a star for the 2+ month wait to get the job done. Take away 2 additional stars for the 5 TIMES the work was scheduled and they were a NO SHOW! Never received any calls - had to call them EVERY time and MULTIPLE calls to find out when they would reschedule. Worst customer service ever! Also poor cleanup still finding nails/screws that should have been caught with their "magnetic" sweep.
Can't really review their work since I would never engage them. Left a request for reroof quote on their web site on a Sunday. Did not hear anything back so Wednesday I called and was told oh we are too busy. Any company that goes to the expense and trouble of putting up a web site and then treats potential customers like this I have no use for.
AAA roofing installed my roof when we built the house and replaced it 25 years later after hail damage... they did a great job both times and Rufus helped me get my home owners insurance to pay for the second roof... without his advice I would not have known I was eligible for a new roof from the insurance company...I am great full for their service
Terrible experience :( We paid to have a leak patched, they have been out at least 6 times or more and the roof still leaks. We got two roofing nails in our tires and every time they came to out house they left trash in our yard. One time when they did some tear out they left a pile of trash/nails in our yard for a week.Their customer service is terrible and they just don't care!
