Used to come here a lot with a bunch of friends. Never had a problem with service before until now. Food is pretty good.
Recently I went with some friends and we had an awful waitress. She made my boyfriend and I feel rushed and she didn't give us much time to look over the menu but we ordered anyway since we already had an idea of what we wanted. She messed up my order which led me to paying extra because apparently the chicken strips don't come with a side despite what the menu says. I had to pay for chicken strips and fries separately which cost more than they would have if I got them like I was supposed to - TOGETHER. $3 for a plate of fries and I swear there was only ten fries on the plate.
This restaurant used to be one of my favorites. Then things changed and it kind of got put on the back burner. We didn't like going here anymore. Recently we went now in August 2017 and it seems like they once again have good service. Our old servers are gone now it seems, but finally they had a great server again who was very funny and prompt. The only thing I don't like about the food is that they seem to always give very few french fries. But for the good service and yummy entrees that shouldn't stop you from coming in!
I understand waitresses rely mostly on tips, but maybe she should have been more polite and she would have got more.

Been coming here a lot lately and I like it! The food is good, not too expensive. And the servers are very nice and respectful. Overall, a good restaurant. No complaints.
Service was top notch. Food was good, but not great (I had the Skillet Supreme, spinach was almost non-existent). Server made me fresh coffee and kept cup full.
Because I usually have a great time here and the waitresses/waiters have always been sweet to us and fix any problems we might have, I always make sure to leave a pretty generous tip. However, I didn't this time since I had bad service, but my friends added their own tips onto their bills and paid with cards. When we were at the ATM and about to leave, she came outside and basically yelled at us and was rude and complained about her pay.
