I would not trust nor ever work with Stephanie Price. She listed a property I purchased back in March 2017 and did little to nothing to assist my realtor in getting questions answered about the property. Not only was she the listing agent, but she was the property manager for the seller. She enlisted an ac company to install a new unit back in August 2016. Stephanie did not follow through to make sure the job was done correctly. When I had a home inspection done prior to the purchase the ac had been leaking into the bathroom ceiling for 7 months. The company she choose did not get a permit, didn't install a drain pan or a drain line. When I pointed it out to Stephanie after the home inspection, she did not want to do anything accept have her repair person go in and scrap the water bubbles off the drywall and paint Kilz's on it from the attic and room. This is ONLY one of the many problems I experienced having to deal with her. My advise is FIND ANOTHER AGENT AND/OR PROPERTY MANAGER.

Nancy And Stephanie insulted me humiliated me about my identificationI got proof from Social Security administration I showed everything they needed they denied me because I'm a black man and I'm going to take to further matters i'm emotionally mentally broken for being racially discriminated
The agents really know what they are talking about and made me feel very comfortable working with them. They know so many different programs for getting a mortgage, even more than the local banks! Great people!!!
