We explained how disgusted we were by now and he virtually just shrugged it off.
Luckily, we had removed all our belongings because frankly by this time, we did trust anyone.
Comfortable room. Quiet night. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Were very helpful giving us a delayed checkout
Great service! We arrived late at night and there were complimentary cookies. The room was great except for the bathroom lock not working (I think this is on purpose) and the bathroom not being sound. Free wifi. Breakfast was great.
Nov 4 when we checked in the “key” wouldn’t unlock the door. We told the guy at the desk and he said he would send someone down. We went out for awhile and came back and it still wasn’t fixed (2hours) we called again and he said he would call someone. Again, nothing happened. Again I called and said we are leaving for dinner, can we get back in. he said, yes, I have a key. When we came back the door was open……………..I mean open as in you could walk right in.
Great place. Very comfortable stay at a good price. Can't ask for more.
When we approached him yet again, he said well, all the maintenance men had gone home now.
The next day we tried to talk to the manager, but he supposedly wasn’t there. the morning person was nice, but couldn’t really do anything other than take our name and number. Totally unacceptable.
Been here for 5 days due to electricity being out from hurricane Irma. Everyone calls me Jesus. Lol. It's an awesome, friendly place to stay and if there's anything you want, the amazing staff is always there to help. The beds are extra comfy and the breakfast in the morning is great. Definitely 5*.
