Tower Hill insurance company handled our home owner's claim very well. We were extremely satisfied with them, but not with the agent at the time. Once the claim was complete and the paperwork finalized, Tower Hill gave me Leslie's name. We transferred our policy over to her office and have been impressed with her expertise, her professionalism and her thoroughness. We are so glad that we transferred to her agency.
Irma came to homosassa and damaged my car port roof and pool roof also destroyed 6 out 9 cameras that where outside. Also lost a very expensive gazebo. I had other structures insurance but they said not part of my home then he tells me I have a 15,000 dollar hurricane deductible so all the damage didn't add up to that anyway. So sorry. what a joke of a company.
