Worst experience we've ever had with any rental company. Staff was rude, and to a point that they made my family feel like we're being descriminated by the way we looked. When we walked in we didn't receive a greeting or anything just a "license, insurance and card". Things became worse when we refused to purchase their insurance and told them we planned on placing the car under our full-coverage policy. At the end they wanted us to pay almost triple the amount from our reservation.

Rented a car for an anniversary trip with my wife. Had to pick up the car a day early and return a day early. Wasn’t able to make it back by noon and Enterprise did right by me. I rent from Enterprise because every car I get is top notch and I can request American made only. I have used other rental companies but will stick with Enterprise.

Rented a car there after I got in a car accident and my car was in the shop they were very good at making sure I got into a vehicle that can fit my whole family

This is in response to a request from Enterprise for a review. Normally I would not be doing this and just take my issues to the company directly, however they wanted me to place this in a public forum. I would be giving 5 stars for the effort and dedication of the employees and the entire experience, but I am deducting 2 stars for whomever decided it was so important to have their employees berate me with the question about my satisfaction over and over and another star for the employees tag teaming me to sell me the insurance. When I rent a car I just want to come in to the counter, get my car, and leave. After it is over I do not want people calling me, or sending me emails asking for reviews. I found it annoying that the first thing I see when I walk in the door is a silly cardboard sign/ frame that looks like something from grade school hanging from the ceiling. I expect that they ask customers to stand inside the frame for photos. The sign reads something like "Crystal River 100% satisfied." I am so glad they never asked me to do this, but perturbed that maybe I was not pretty enough to be asked? Here is my experience with this branch: The people were polite, but when I came in it was a bit busy. I had set up an appointment on line to pick up a car, and the car was either not ready nor available so I had to wait. For the delay, they gave me a free upgrade which I really did not need because I was happy with my choice. I am unclear if the upgrade was because of a lack of inventory of what I selected, or a truly something they did to satisfy me. The wait was really not that long and I would have preferred a discount over a car that used more fuel. When I was asked about insurance I told them that I had Progressive Insurance that covers rentals and American Express card and that would cover the insurance deductible. I was told by the woman "okay, but I have never have known for that to work" I asked why she said that and was told that they require a Police Report and expect your insurance to cover the damage. When I was taken outside to get the car with a different rep, that was apparently a "closer" to sell insurance, myself and my wife were pushed again for the insurance. Corporate should be happy to know that the element of doubt put into play by the fist employee and the high degree of salesmanship of the second employee was enough to close the deal and convince me to add a significant increase to the expense of my rental. In regards to the "are you satisfied" and "are you completely satisfied" queries, I was asked two or three times in the branch and even had a phone call asking about it. I had forgotten about the insurnce incident, and this request for Again, I want to stress that this review has no reflection on the employees and how the performed their jobs, but is in fact a criticism of the managers that had making these poor people jump through all of these hoops for the sake of good reviews and additional insurance sales. Now if under review it is discovered that the employee that told me the details about American Express not paying claims, this will be a direct reflection upon her. I called American Express and they told me that they pay 100's or rental car claims every day including cars rented at Enterprise.
