Bad will never camp here again. Mud everywhere, no help inside. No room to back in the camper without getting stuck. People who live there all year are more helpful then staff. No help from staff at all. If you get stuck in the mud staff will tell you to wait till it drugs. Never again
The staff is very accommodating. The sites are well kept. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. I would highly recommend this RV park.
We stayed in their cabins which were very nice newly updated with new appliances, furniture and wide flat screen TVs. The beds were comfortable. That being said there was allot of rain and the park was one big mud pit it was very slippery and somewhat dangerous just walking around. There is a boat dock but small and very busy, it was labor day weekend and the end of scallop season. It would have been a great place if they had better drainage.
I read a lot of bad reviews, but we got the 1 room duplex anyways. I was really happy. It was newly remodeled clean. The shower drain was backed up, my only complaint. This is a super busy place, lots of drinking men, trucks, side by sides ect. But everyone was friendly and respectful. We came here to scallop so it didn't bother us. Staff was great and extremely helpful with everything.
Beautiful campground with boat access to Crystal River. Love this place, so clean and rustic and quaint. Pontoon rentals out on the river are very reasonably priced and well maintained. Great fishing , scallops, water activities of all sorts, lots of wildlife to be seen...awesome place to kayak. Watch out for gators tho!
